WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO COLLABORATE WITH DEMELLIER?

As soon as I wore my first DeMellier bag I fell in love. I fell even more in love when I discovered the brand's amazing values and ethical craftsmanship. Everything already felt well-aligned, so it was a really easy and natural decision to collaborate on a new limited edition Midi New York bag.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THE MIDI  NEW YORK AS YOUR LIMITED EDITION ICON AND WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION?

I use my Midi New York bags non stop! They’re an easy, chic everyday bag and go with all my day-to-day looks. My inspiration was vintage bags: I always save & screenshot them for my mood boards. Dark brown lizard-effect was something I saw pop up a lot and this was the perfect opportunity to create a synergy between vintage and contemporary design.
