European Union

  • Sales tax is included and shown at checkout.
  • No import duties apply.

Important Note for International Orders Outside the EU:

While all import duties and taxes are included in your purchase and there are no additional charges upon delivery, local customs authorities in your country may require certain documents to clear your parcel.

You may be contacted by the shipping provider via email to provide documentation such as: Tax code, national ID, proof of payment, or authorisation forms -  depending on local regulations.

If you are not a resident of the country where the order is being delivered and are unable to provide the required documents, you may need to appoint a local customs broker to complete the clearance process.
Please note: Any broker fees are not covered by DeMellier.

DeMellier is unable to supply these documents on your behalf -  this is a requirement only the receiver can fulfil.
