We offer free worldwide shipping and returns on both full priced and sale items.
We offer next day delivery for UK (for orders placed before 4pm) and express delivery worldwide. You will be able to select these options at checkout. To learn more about shipping options please click HERE
DeMellier insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivery.
Yes, your confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.
All prices on our website are inclusive of import taxes and duties. No additional charges are applicable on delivery. Local customs laws may apply.
For orders shipping to the US, Sales Tax will be charged at checkout on orders shipping to the following states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
UK orders are inclusive of VAT which will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size for an item you have already purchased. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order.

Personalised products are any products which have been personalized/customized/tailored/monogrammed to your specifications. These products (when delivered as described and in good condition) cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned after the order has been placed.

You will be given the option to add monogramming to your item on the product page if available for your chosen item. This will need to be added before the item is added to the basket. International pricing is calculated according to the current rate of exchange between the UK currency on our website and the local currency of the specified shipping destination.
