Why did you choose The New York as your limited-edition Icon?
The New York felt like the perfect bag because it's timeless and so easy to wear. I chose a deep khaki green inspired by autumn, paired with smooth leather and suede to add texture and contrast. I also wanted it to be practical. I love a bag that fits my laptop for work or all my things when I'm heading to a friend's place whilst looking super chic. For me, the best pieces are the ones you can wear every day, no matter where you're going.
What drew you to collaborating with DeMellier?
I’ve always believed that the best pieces in your closet are the ones you keep for years. What I love about DeMellier is their values; they create timeless bags with real attention to craftsmanship and detail. It felt like a collaboration where I could genuinely contribute rather than just put my name on a product. We shared the same vision of creating something that was elegant, practical and, of course, made to last.
How would you describe your personal style?
My style is effortless but intentional. I love pieces that are simple, timeless and versatile, but always with a little element that makes the look feel personal. I’m more interested in building a wardrobe that lasts than following trends.
Who are the women in your life that inspire you?
Definitely my mom. She taught me resilience, independence and kindness. I’m also very inspired by the women I work with every day and, of course, by my friends. They constantly remind me that ambition and generosity can absolutely go hand in hand.
